Sent an email to Angela Collette, the attorney listed on the OTCMarkets profile page, and she was able to give me the following comments.

1. She told me that she been appointed to "Rehabilitate the company" and is only acting in that capacity.

2. She posted a statement in newspapers relieving the company of all debt and claims to the previous business. http://www.mddcnews.com/public_notices/ad/1168418

2. What is most important is that she CC an email belonging to Hybrid Titan Management. http://www.hybridtitan.com/. This company is build to bring private companies to IPO. The company is owned by william allesi who is also know for running Alpha Modus(a private company). http://alphamodus.com/

3. Don't let the portfolio page fool you on hybridtitan management since there are only to listed. I have seen hybrid titan management take control of many shells, clean them up and bring companies public.

In my opinion i think something big is brewing here and you have a low float SEC reporting shell being cleaned up by an SEC Lawyer being prepped for a private company. This has a huge movement written all over it. Doesn't take much to get to dollars with this share structure.
