Looks like people are buying into the stock today in anticipation of some news coming out of the shareholder conference call. I'd be very hesitant with this company with all the infighting and accusations, the auditor resigning, money they need to repair a dam, intercompany dealings, back rent owed, and hands out need for executives to get paid first before anybody else.

The numbers that they show may appear to be good but the behind the scenes action is a complete mess no matter how they try to spin it. They need to raise money thru sale of stock.
