Anyone who thinks facebook doesn't play a significant role in certain businesses is fooling themselves. I'm not saying it is necessarily appropriate for CRGS at this point but it is without question a valuable tool for many businesses. Facebook tracks the things that you view and that you are interested in. Companies pay facebook for ad services that specifically target potential customers who view similar products or have potentially similar interests. I personally know a small business owner who did this and his earnings have doubled this season. Again I'm not saying it is or isn't appropriate for CRGS at this point but after product launch it could be very appropriate. They can target every person looking for fitbits, garmin, etc and force an advertisement into their feed (or whatever it is called). It is completely ignorant to think in 2017 that social media isn't a major player in the way business is conducted.
