sieht doch gut aus...
ganz zum schluss steht noch folgender satz:

"Wir glauben, daß Yucai Wert, Wachstum und Gelegenheit für Hartcourt darstellt, also ich glaube, daß der vorgeschlagene Erwerb ist im besten Interesse der Firma und seiner Aktionäre."
