I think i have figure out about A/S and uplist. I got the math figure it out. If you look in Financial Standards (OTCQX U.S.) at the bottom. Its said (Shareholder: 50 beneficial shareholders each owning at least 100 share). So if you look at 400M before they increase the A/S to 600M. That will be 200M left.. So they have to payout the dividend of 50 each 100 shares. So now 400M is topped and it will be 200M shares payout dividend to shareholders and the A/S will jump to 600M.. IT totally make sense! We are getting free shares for dividend!
