Declared in PR, not a requirement, but they cant hide it entirely in the filings.

It really depends what was agreed, or maybe they adjusted the text with a view to formally announce when they feel the timing is correct.

I agree totally that it ‘should’ have a PR, if only because there were so many on the disputes.. they is howe er no requirement. Its upto them.

I could also be reading too much into what amounts to a line of text.. I guess time will prove me right or wrong.

BTW DevDennis available over the last couple of days.. had a much better chance to read through. Im no expert on Blockchain, but I think i grasp the general idea of what they are trying to acheive. Have a read through on both the GIGA and BluckNum. And also the 2 business problems they are trying to resolve.
