CNBC Analyst Report: $FAGI valued at $11.44/share

SUMMARY: Watch the price to move up quickly here. It's undervalued according to David Riedel's report.

CNBC Analyst David Riedel did the valuation on this and said it worth $286M (see here)... accordingly I did the math and this is an insanely undervalued company here! Look... the amount of SEC-confirmed Outstanding Shares is 25 Million, this makes the net asset value $11/share. Now assuming something very silly, if this were to be fully diluted and zero growth (silly, but regardless) it would be valued at $0.95 ... To me it's a great buy here.

Who is this David Riedel?: Watch this video of him on him on CNBC. He is an accomplished economy who understands international business. In the video he demonstrates a deep knowledge of Nigeria's banking industry. Also runs his own equity research firm.

Riedel understands international banking - so I trust him when he values $FAGI's Mexican Banking Industry acquisition at $103 million today. Interestingly, Riedel noted in his report that this Banking Company could realistically grow to $1 billion - that's 9.7X growth. Do the math... this very favorably affects the share price.
Riedel's report talks about it here on page 10: Titled "Valuation of Comerci-On Business"

I did some investigating and found something else worth mentioning because I have only seen this a handful of times. In each of those times the company ended up moving up to be listed on the NYSE or NASDQ.

$FAGI has retain a highly reputable law firm with carries a Sponsor Seal and represents some well-respected NYSE companies. A Sponsor-Sealed law firm is required for listing on the big boards. This is very rare for a stock here on OTC Pink to retain this kind of counsel. The only reason to retain such a firm is if you plan to uplist to the NYSE. Seem like that's the ambition here. And honestly, all they need to do is the minimum requirement of $2/share ... And with today's net asset value at $11.44 ... $2 is very easily reachable.

I think it could reach it's real book value of $11.44 relatively quickly.
