California goes legit Jan 1st, up till that date there will be a run IMO.
This will be wave 3
Then consolidation until California shows true consumption #'s and thus showing everyone what a populous state can earn from weed taxes.

Wave 5 will be when canada goes full legit - that will be the highest wave, i expect at least HALF of what we've seen before 2.50$/2 = 1.25$ is my target...
Now imagine those 75,000 shares @ 1.25$
