1. If there is some collusion involved between Iliad and the big insiders of IMUN, then misleading retail investors (with the objective of scaring them to sell off) is a good thing to do as the insiders are just scooping up extra sell offs.
2. Since Iliad has extra shares to dump and the price they get doesn't matter (to a certain point), if they see big bids sitting on the Bid (500k bids etc), why not dump down on to the bid if there are big bids sitting on the bid? It helps them get rid of shares, which helps them pay down their debt. The ideal situation for them is to pay down the maximum debt while setting themself up to attain the maximum equity (4.99% or maybe 9.99%). This doesn't really support the argument that they're making it look like a dumpoff of a P & D, but still it would mean the dumpoff was coming from Iliad as opposed to from retail investors / insiders.
