Same wallet address, however they're on entirely different chains. So although the wallet address is the same, they're entirely different. Much like 102 Market street can exist in multiple towns.

PTOP's wallet currently holds just shy of 12 million dollars worth of MobiCoin, which is traded against XCP.

If XCP goes up, MobiCoin goes up. If XCP goes down, Mobicoin goes down.

If XCP stays the same, Mobicoin can still rise and fall if it's bought or sold on an open exchange.
