They did partner directly with the company. Merskey partnered with the patent holder for the wheels. It's unfortunate that Mersky's name is now tied to Bravatek but it's irrelevant. Tom partnered with the company for the tech as it directly pertains to Ming and DarkPulse, not for Mersky. Maybe Mersky is going legit, maybe he's just using the technology to scam more people. It doesn't matter because the technology is real and that's what Tom will sell.
