The Orencia and Necuparanib disclosures didn't attain the threshold of materiality that would mandate a quick 8-K filing, so we can't really grade MNTA's disclosure policy based on those events.

The McPherson situation, OTOH, would seem to warrant an 8-K filing, and I don't know why it hasn't happened yet.

In any case, the damage to MNTA's share price has already been done, so an 8-K related to McPherson (if there is one) probably won't have more than a fleeting effect, IMO.
