Could definitely see $4 on news that $2-3B out of $7B would be held back per quarter indefinitely.

If quarterly payments were to be stopped indefinitely (but not announcing the end of NWS), I could see this jump to $6-7.

Announcement of the end of NWS, I'd see this easily at $10-12.

Remember, the end of NWS doesn't mean the end of conservatorship, and there's still a black cloud over the issue with the warrants.
