Health Canada announced a change in policy this past May that would expedite the process by which growing licenses are issued and extended, and Canada's parliament might move forward with legalization this coming summer.
THIS WOULD BE A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY FOR SCNA. Canada's growing season is nowhere near ours. I would suggest that SCNA start exploring this situation. I am surprised that they have not done this already. Any colder climate country can be a customer, not just for pot growing, but for any plants.
