I'm not sure how Zwag Box can make amends without Markiplier. His comic was the driving force behind the first box. Markiplier may feel wounded, but it was his fans that bought the box that took the hit. Markiplier was acting as part of REDG on Zwag Box. Markiplier would need to make amends as part of REDG.
Any professional mystery box fulfillment company, with a good track record, could do the job. I'm guessing a lot of the work is matching inventory to customers and shipping on time.
I think Benny made the mistake of trying to get enough customers to cover his inflated inventory, causing him to ship late and not having the capital for a second box. Boxes need to ship on time.
And, if Markiplier (or any star REDG chooses to use) is reluctant to market to their fan base, REDG should just stay out of this business. REDG is supposed to be a multi-media company, not a re-seller.
The only synergy I saw with Zwag Box, was connecting Markiplier's fan base with REDG's products (comics and PowFolio), creating a larger REDG customer base. I never saw Zwag Box as a significant revenue driver for REDG.
