Traderfan, Yes facts can be fabricated sometimes when you have graphite competitors who are jealous, because they do not have a mining licence in Madagascar, and DNI does, which has happened on this board if you look back on the previous posts a couple months ago. Cougar was given a sweet deal, half a property worth multi millions for drilling a few thousand feet. However it shows how far DNI has matured as a company this past year, that they probably would not do that deal again, if it had came up now.
So the fact that DNI should get 100% of their property back, now that Cougar has again not completed their end of their binding agreement is great news. Since DNI has been more than fair in granting extension after extension to Cougar to finish the drilling, and IMHO, DNI felt that whatever Cougar's excuse was this time, excuse number three, was one too many. IMHO, Cougar would be crazy to sue, when they have messed up so many times, and are IMHO, just mouthing off for show for their shareholders, that they might sue because they blew a great deal that they had with DNI. Once they calm down and listen to their legal team, and realize they will IMHO, lose any law suit and their reputation, and money, and DNI probably will allow Cougar to bow out gracefully, Cougar will then be able to concentrate on their Lithium project. Cougar is really not much of a company, compared to the growth and maturity of DNI over this past year.
