What is also needed is a P&D which is young, and the CEO generating a regular flow of pumps so as to get the PPS. That has not occurred since TRII has gone delinquent. The height of the P&Ds was 2013-2015.

Buying a very thin stock like TRII that has been recently reinstated

Unfortunately, TRII was not reinstated by the SEC recently, or ever. In order for a stock to be reinstated, it must first have been delisted. TRII has been delinquent in its filings for 2 yrs. A setup for the SEC to delist the stock in the near future. Microcrap stock scams are not reinstated after being delisted. Try to find one. They cease to exist, and can not be sold as a shell afterwards.

And the pump hasn't even hit here yet.

The only potential pump is for Duncan-Jeffy to sell TRII as a shell to the next scammer. Currently it can't be done, due to something missing. Even if he manages to sell this shell, the new owner will announce a stock swap that ruins those holding TRII stock. RMs never work out well for Microcrap scam holders. After that comes a R/S, and the new scam.

If it gets as far as being sold as a shell, playing the Moomoo means to wait for the new scammer to finish the initial dilution. Then wait 6 months for the convertible note holders to be ready to dump. The best pumps likely to come 1 yr later, with the new CEO ready to dump.

For now, TRII is just a dead shell. If the SEC delists it before Duncan-Jeffy can sell it, then you better be playing with house money, because SHs will be wiped out.

Yes it's possible to buy TRII for 0.0003 in the past, and sell at 0.0006. There's a pinky I've been following where the game is to buy at 0.0001, and sell at 0.0003. Only difference the CEO is still pumping away. Also it's having problems cycling. Only so many marks at the top level. But again, if the SEC delists TRII, the show is over. The hour is late.
