Then why be public? if GNGR (which no one can honestly say they know for a fact unless someone has inside information, so any alleged factual posts on Ihub are purely speculation) So if GNGR won't apply any good to the company, why be a public company? It costs money to be public so if GNGR sells items to just keep the money why pay it out to be public?

What is the motivation for that? What some post on Ihub is simply assumptions and not facts. I do know how to read a financial report and I see GNGR has no debt and a low float and needs to continue to grow from what seems to be a reboot of the company. A good thing I might add.

So far GNGR is better then most OTC pinks that are pumped up like a blimp with debt and not 1 but dozens of people running those companies who each take all the money as salaries and do nothing but say what they may do then do not.

It will just be a matter of time when GNGR benefits by all they are doing. No one knows anything for sure especially those here on Ihub, but their are solid facts.

GNGR is OTC current (fact)
GNGR is making and delivering products (fact, as a buyer myself)
GNGR has not diluting the float (fact) GNGR has a very low float
GNGR does not have any debt (fact) at least for now that I see

So if GNGR CEO intends to keep the money why be public? Is their some tax benefit to owning a public company? I do not know. I had read that when a company is a target for a buy out, having a public company is used to achieve a value that is far greater due to the fact the company has public shares with a real value. Will GNGR sell the company? No one knows whats going on except for the CEO.

GNGR be it 1 or 100 people running the show, one would think they are all crazy to spend money needlessly on being public unless there is some other motivation that only GNGR knows about. Again at this point is only a guess.

People's posts I read complained GNGR is on stop sign/no information and won't post financials. Then when they do go to OTC current and post financials people say OK but they are not audited. Then people say GNGR is taking all the money or is bad in other ways. What was a fact being no information and no financials was proven corrected by GNGR going to Current and posting financials.

I find it strange and comical that people (only a few) will post OTC NO INFORMATION and NO FINANCIALS over and over as some have done. Yet when GNGR does go to current and posts financials which was the only negative posts by some, those who posted that are not saying "GREAT GNGR is back to current and posted financials"

Instead someone posts GNGR CEO is taking all the money for themselves simply because the negatives were corrected and when no bad exists some phantom bad has to be created to cause doubt by adding a false speculation as fact when it is not.

Statements that went from past facts (GNGR not being current or posting financials) to irrational posts saying hes taking all the money for himself (speculation) seems to be posted because there are no bad facts any more to complain about. Some still have to create the illusion there is still bad which is the real concern and for what motivation. That I do not know.

I do know that I see homeless people talking to themselves or abruptly yell as someone for no reason and one can think that maybe just maybe there are also crazy people here who post negativity for no reason except to just do that for entertainment or maybe because they were proven wrong when GNGR went back to OTC currant and they hate being wrong. Could that be? It is possibly just like the crazy post by the same people who say the CEO is taking all the money.

Heck if GNGR is taking the money just like all the other OTC pinks with massive dilution, no company products or operations with billions in the float, GNGR with their complete opposite structure one could simply say, I choose the lesser of all the evils.

So if GNGR is one and the same as the scams with the low float, no debt and great products they sell, then as a scam GNGR is doing it wrong.

I did not have to buy GNGR shares, no one does. I did purchase some of their past products and even happier with their new line as well, all purchased and delivered right to my front porch.

If GNGR were a scam they would have not even sent the items and kept the money and blamed it was lost in the mail or some excuse. They did not, they delivered.

I get it when some are cautions, I was. but if a company goes public, makes a change for the better, creates a new line of merchandise and is delivering those items that people buy, What would be the part that is a scam or cause for concern?

I would like to know because I just cant see any smoking gun on this company. YET!

Anyone can call the CEO. His number is posted for all to see. He is not hiding or his calls directed to an answering service. I called GNGR twice, once to get some some insight and once to thank them for the great products they sold me.

If no one calls or even orders one item from a company they own shares of stock in but instead believe what they read here and not see what they can actually buy from GNGR, they should not be buying any shares at all in any company.
