Why didn't SEVU and McBride sue Anthony?
The A@P story posted goes to show you what a real, honest company does when under attack.
Unfortunately, this is not the case for SEVU.

Rich and SEVU FAILED to act to protect their personal and business reputations. They also failed the protect stockholders which is in direct contradiction of their fiduciary responsibilities and quite frankly cost them alot of money.
Why would McBride and SEVU allow Elgindy to attack them in such a manner?

The answer is simple, Anthony told the truth and there was not, and is not a single basis for a law suit against him.

What he did with the information, shorting etc is irrelevant to the fact that it was poor sales and Rich's attempt to cover that up with bogus PR's that caused the stock to drop. PERIOD..... KC
