I think io2 has already starting buying up shares of viva ...just a hunch with no proof!! And I think that their was a small spoiler deep in the io2 pr that was realised. Although the 3 year contract that they have could contradict what I'm thinking. jf owns 49% of io2. So I'm thing they absorb viva soon after if not at the same time of launch in Dec. Then put jf on the BOD. over the ott TV aspect of io2. Jf keeps tweeting about going to nasdaq....the only 2 ways with ottv share structure is a rs..(which would hurt his pockets and the company itself and polly would even make it) ....or a absorption into a new ipo like io2 with a fresh share structure...ohhhhh by the way .... io2 is polly gunny open on nasdaq at $10 a share they were already being sold for that to raise funds to be publicly traded!!!! W0W..!!!2018 is gunna be epic for viva and io2 imo!!
