RE;RMTD...read the attached filing, go especially to the security ownership table ..see that the control shareholder owned ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY BILLION SHARES (fully diluted which means giving effect to conversion of all convertible securities -convertible debentures and convertible preferred )which at the time represented ONLY 62% of the fully diluted shares and this document enabled them to issue another SEVENTY BILLION SHARES ...
so TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY BILLION is a very rational number and TIMES TEN DOLLARS=TWO AND A HALF TRILLION .
don't forget all data showing on all quote retrieval sites is over 8 years old as there has been no company for 8 years therefore no new filings or updates of information...that's why an address and a phone number that hasn't existed for 8 years shows for RMTD...
BUT THREE HUNDRED MILLION OR TWO AND A HALF TRILLION...TIMES ZERO IS EXACTLY THE SAME

that is one reason (and only ONE REASON ) WHY DELUSIONAL POSTS THAT ATTEMPT TO POSIT SOME VALUE TO THIS DEAD PIECE OF CRAP ARE SO RIDICULOUS...patent ownership that ended in 2006, non existent royalty streams ,secret arrangements and secret management with secret plans and especially NEW D.D. ..to make this worth even 0.0001 you would need to pull TWENTY FIVE MILLION DOLLARS IN VALUE OUT OF THE ATMOSPHERE..and NO the supposed current value of patents, trademarks, software and intellectual property that RMTD hasn't owned in 8 to 13 years wont get you there.. TOTAL DELUSION KEEPS TRYING
