Huawei Device Is going to fight to the bitter end. Mediation has been suspended. The judge will be ruling on a few items after some arguments on December 11th. I think the arguments are: 1. Are the patents relly valid as other companies have prior art (I guess Texas Instruments thinks so). 2. Would they have to pay royalties from when the suit was filed or from when the patent was approved and 3. general royalty rate.

After that; Will Quest be silent until all the cases are settled? That could be six months down the road.

And, if this first win with IT is strong enough will they have the working capital to pay lawyers (several million), and go for more suits for Mariner , IC and the new patents that were purchased.

Lastly, if Huawei Devices settles before the January trial date will the other three companies skip the legal fight and cut their losses and settle quickly.
