Well, we need 5-6 MUSD for Loan1 and a few more for buybacks. Other than that it would be nice if we can increase our ownership in the megafarm; not only will that increase our ownership, but it will also speed up TRWs process (more money retained in TRW) - and maybe even allow for TRW do to cash dividends.
Much of the retained money in TRW will find its way to SIAF anyway (through CA). Heck, not sure if we need a repayment at all
