JOINT MOTION TO STAY ALL DEADLINES
REGARDING TEXAS INSTRUMENTS INCORPORATED
Plaintiff Semcon IP Inc. and Defendant Texas Instruments Incorporated hereby file this
Motion to Stay All Deadlines.
Pursuant to the Court’s Docket Control Order (Dkt. No. 365), Semcon and TI resumed
mediation before Hon. David Folsom on November 29, 2017. At that mediation, all matters in
controversy between the parties were settled in principle. The parties respectfully request a stay
of all case deadlines for thirty (30) days while the parties finalize a settlement agreement and file
dismissal documents with the Court.
