This is an email I just sent over to Alex. Some of these questions have probably already been answered on the board, but have not been able to read all the posts.


Hi Alex, I am a current shareholder of GBDX and I had a couple of questions if you have time to answer them. I am not for sure if you will be able to provide an answer due to insider information but I will try to ask you in a way that will not conflict.

Does GBDX have any communications with Alrosa? If so, are you able to elaborate on this?

Does Global have any intentions of moving to a higher exchange? If so, how are you planning to acheive this? Example: Opening other locations, mergering with other diamond wholesalers (Alrosa, etc..), retiring shares to lower O/S. Is Global planning on releasing financials or revenues? Will they be audited?

How many shares of the O/S is currently held by insiders? Are those shares restricted or are they free trading? Also, if they are restricted when does the restriction expire?

I know that their are several questions, but I hope you will take the time to answer them if it is possible. I communicate with several other larger shareholders and will publically post this information to the board.
