Why does the U.S. OTC (MOGLQ) trade as a discount to the HK-listed security (975.HK)? If anything, I would have expected it to trade at a premium.

975 closed yesterday at 0.213. The USD/HKD exchange rate is 7.8088. Divide the two and you get .0273. Yet, somebody decided to sell MOGLQ today for .022.

I'm confused. Was there news that came out today during U.S. market hours that drove the selling?
