What does this mean?.. To me a "Google, Inc." copyright listed within the Neoreader app can only mean one thing. There must have been a collaboration of sorts (collaboration was my mantra over the course of years) concerning the industry as a whole. The last paragraph of section 4d of the terms and conditions states you can add your own copyright. It appears Google was a contributor!

Word has it Google had funded Scanbuy's two challenges of the 048 patent. However, I'm relatively certain the patent disputes were resolved prior to 2012. To me this copyright represents Google's acceptance of the outcome and a newfound willingness to collaborate (merely an unqualified opinion).

Most relevant to you and me, the web address was changed to qode.com, and Under LEGAL, it specifically states "copyright 2017 NeoMedia Technologies, Inc"

If it walks like a mule and quacks like a duck...something is fishy! I enjoy fish, particularly lobster!
