It's also my understanding they (ECOS) have the distribution agreement with Taechang.
ECOS has never filed an 8-k regarding that distribution agreement, nor have they mentioned it in their filings...(it is not listed as an asset). Until it is, myself and others believe Ecos is not in SEC compliance.
ECOS owes both Hanscom K and the elder Kwak a lot of money (which is in the filings) Ecos shareholders own no part of Hanscom K?
Calling Taechang wont tell you why ECOC has not filed the definitive agreement with the SEC?
