The.judge.WILL.RULE.AGINST.PTSC.and the case WILL.be.DISMISSED. It is a virtual certainty. The judge knows that the case is NOT APPEALABLE from here because the appeals court SAID their MINOR MODIFICATION of the Markman ruling WILL NOT CHANGE THE OUTCOME. He wants this PTSC patent troll gone in the worst way! He has cover as the appeals court told him in their ruling that if he ends it they will not overturn his ruling since they feel it wont change the outcome. If peeps only read the judges words they would no it is over and SELL ASAP MONDAY! Try'N to help the peeps as I always have. Sell this junk and go buy UR self a cup O coffee with the proceeds!
