They've seen a version of it. I was on a call today with a group of attorneys that specialize in dealing with CBD/hemp & MJ, that was eye opening. They spent a lot of time discussing the FDA & FTC and marketing CBD. The main discussion point was marketing of products that is allowed. At this point any claim of a health benefit by a company is considered against the law in the eyes of the FDA and FTC. So it's legal to sell CBD products but not legal to claim the product cures an ailment. There seems to be leeway in claiming benefits of pain management though , which is a plus for BIEI. There is a CBD product that is coming to market in 2018 that targets seizures and is currently going through the FDA approval process and once approved (very likely) it would open doors for everyone, so we'll see. That approval would eliminate any issues with the likes of Amazon, Target, etc...
