Servers are power hogs - engineers haven't designed a server yet that is conservative on power, but the days of living in a "fool's paradise" are numbered. ABHI has the only realistic solution which could be adopted by Microsoft and Apple when the EPA starts breathing fire down the OEM's who make the hardware. The hardware manufacturers have painted themselves into a corner, but software giants will be looking like crazy for a solution like ABHI very soon in my opinion.
