1. They can't read that KPMG and PWC are doing the audit.
2. They can't read the PR of a $350M contract PER ANNUM, on a stock with ONLY 500M O/S.
3. They can't read that 362M shares are held by insiders.
4. They can't read that, as of the last PR (before the 50M cert request) that 162M shares are restricted.
5. They can't read that insiders with less than a 10% holding of the company own another 120M shares (which are in long, strong hands).
6. They can't read a proforma for $307M in revs.
7. They can't read that the $350M Annual Cement Rev Contract is not included in the $307M rev Pro Forma as that contract post dated that pro forma.
8. They can't read that we haven't even had a PR on a steel deal yet.
9. They can't read that we have no PR on a wood deal yet, other than the $120M one.
10. They can't read that this company has a tiny float, which is most likely negative as per prior PRs.
11. They can't read that Wessal is buying 125M (25%) of the O/S in the open market.

I could go on and on and on on what they can't read, but that's just more they'd have to read that THEY CAN'T READ! LMAO
