With that being said, we have DiPrima as the CFO, a notorious crook in the OTC realm. He's been at it for 15 years at least by my count.

In fact DiPrima is the CFO over RSII, another shell company selling shares instead of their "cream" lmao!

So, I'm going to say with 99% confidence, that the interest isn't getting paid on that loan. In fact why would they? Why pay the loan back when they can just get another loan for another 290K???

I think you fail to see the bigger picture here of what DiPrima, Hall, and Weber are doing here. I'll give you a hint though, they're NOT saving the world from an opioid crisis....
