The digester at LRS has Ecolocap on the side of it.

So? ECOS shareholders do not 'own' any part of that digester. LRS will own it...and purchased it from ECOS/BioArt LLC, who got it from the Korean company that makes them and owns the IP.

Simple...It's in the well written contract by LRS's corporate attorneys. ECOS does not even list a corporate attorney on the OTCMarkets web site?

Please help save the earth. It's our only source of chocolate.
