NO... current and past cash burn does not reflect upcoming clincal costs, which will be much higher. Also, the grants are not necessarily the cost of the trials, they get applied to the clinical costs, which could be more or less. They could and likely will be much higher than the grant amount. Additionally, current and previous cash burn does not reflect things like pay raises, healthcare increases, taxes, additional marketing(like Trade shows).....and it all adds up to increased cash burn no matter how you slice it.
