I would think it logical that a company specifically mention in a PR that another company put out would be able to verify information in said PR. So, if that companies IR team states they have nothing to do with other company, I might tend to think the info in said PR may not be entirely accurate. So one may consider digging deeper and see what else may not true. Lets look at the latest 8K $IFXY filed, now the merge is between Infrax, Crypto and NUV SUB Inc but interestingly enough Crypto SUB Inc is still mentioned in the 8K and who signed as a witness for Crypto SUB Inc?
