SMMR has been available for a while, the current owners have kept it current and are not willing to let this gem go to a flea bitten broke ass start-up company. This has a incredibly tight share structure and will likely end up in the hands of an affluent premium buyer looking for a ultra clean public vehicle.

I figure something like a Chinese car company like Geely Automotive
