Because the PR that was paid for and released by $IFXY is not entirely truthful.

Infrax Systems (OTC:IFXY), a global provider of Internet of Things, Blockchain development and ICO consulting, announces today that on November 7, 2017, Infrax implemented a holding company reorganization pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreement”), dated as of November 1, 2017, among Infrax, Crypto and Crypto SUB Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Merger Sub”), which resulted in Crypto owning all of the outstanding capital stock of Infrax.

Crypto SUB Inc is owned by $CRCW (The Crypto Company) and according to their IR team, Crypto SUB Inc has nothing to do with and is not merging with Infrax Systems Inc. Talari reserved the CryptoCurrency name then $IFXY released that FAKE PR that mentioned Crypto SUB Inc in a poor attempt to look legitimate because of the team behind The Crypto Company. So now that CryptoCurrency Corp is active as of 11/27/2017,when the "acquisition/merger" between CryptoCurrency Corp and Infrax System Inc completes the deception will look less obvious, unless you do your own DD instead of listening to those that are trying to sell you their shares. Given the fact that the misleading PR do not have a lasting effect on the PPS I would expect more news to drop regarding the merger this month and the merger to complete in January.

Crypto SUB Inc was originally The Crypto Company and when the "Company" acquired Croe Inc they went through a name change from Croe Inc to The Crypto Company but since 2 objects can't occupy the same space in time, The Crypto Company changed their name to Crypto SUB Inc to free up the name The Crypto Company allowing Croe Inc to be undergo a name change from Croe Inc to The Crypto Company.
