JB and ZJMY Holding Co (JBZY)

The Q2s say Dolat everywhere except where it refers to JB & ZJMY Co, Ltd. The way I read that, specifically note 8, is that the shell gave Wang the preferreds in exchange for merging jb & zjmy into the shell, however, we know from the wysos filing that that action did not actually occur until November. Therefore, any assets that were merged into JB & ZJMY HOLDING Company as a result of that merger would not be reflected in a Q that ends 2 months before the merge.

That being said, like I said before, if Q4 drops and it looks the same as this one, that's a problem.
