How can two people read the same thing and interpret it very differently?

1. No deal until Easton makes payment to iBliss - as off November 28th 2017 the payment had not been made.
2. Terms being renegotiated... if new terms are not agree on deal unravels. During the 4 years I have owned Easton stock there have been many JV/deals announced with companies (michigan, california comes to mind) that never actually happened. At least one resulted in litigation and others just simply faded away and never mentioned again by Easton.

Bottom line the iBliss deal is far from a done deal folks.
