then i spose the onus for doing what's right would fall on the administrators of said forum to protect investors in a way that they know would be the morally and ethically correct thing to do...

they would probably realize that something criminal would be cause to immediately censure someone with criminal intent..

doesn't make any sense that the creators of a popular investors informational web site would demean themselves by tolerating an effort to manipulate them like that

doesn't seem possible they would make themselves a part of such collusion. They would distance themselves from it at the very first glimpse.

hey...they're investors themselves probably. they desire to do well with their investments like anybody else
