Read the press release CAREFULLY. It states a 35% "MEMBERSHIP" interest, does not say 35% "OWNER" interest. To me that sounds a bit cloudy. You have to watch this slick talking Ken and crew. We need clarification. And oh yeah also need to retire close to 50 Billion shares to make this thing move
