SECOND QUESTION...

What is the DEFINITIVE answer about posting in a public forum if your intent was to inluence sljb's share price in a negative way that would benefit a market maker who might have broken the law by having a naked short position...

I'll assume it's way beyond illegal...I'll assume the person/persons/MM would be doing some hard time?
