That would not be considered a trading strategy. It would be an investment strategy. Obviously if one does not have a strong conviction that ESKO is a viable long term investment, then averaging down would not be a good idea. Also, one needs to diversify (not have all of the eggs in one basket). Having said that, it's not for every one.
