if the example was one MM wanting to cover that position and he wanted to do it IMMEDIATELY...
let's say it was i.e. 200 million shares
can they do it all at once?
doesn't covering that which never existed in the first place..the very definition of a naked short is a MM's failing to deliver stock..wouldn't in some way they then be adding to the number of shares issued when they do cover?
sorry..it's the irritation of waiting for SLJB's AF's...watching cshd take off like a bat outta hell...but somebody please cut to the chase and explain the mechanics of what would happen assuming that the example is valid and how they would rectify their wrongdoing
