Reading the newer content, they seem to be raising 30-40 mill to launch iPCS, there was also wording around BlockNum. It wasn’t massively clear, but it looking like we are adding funtionality to the Etherium BlockChain model using phone numbers as the Crypto key..

We will need to analyse this properly when announced, but if correct could be a huge development. BlickChain and the business around it is on Fire...

If I was to guess what this is really about in practce, is a new model that help companies with ICO offerings, for which iPCS will be the first.
