If you have cash, and want Bitcoin, all you have to do is go to any Walmart or grocery store or Target or convenience store, and use the cash to purchase any of a wide variety of Visa/MC prepaid cards or gift cards. You can then use an online exchange to convert any of those cards for Bitcoin. Anyone with a cell phone that has Internet access and a camera to can do that.
