Those welching deadbeat Ozzies better started praying harder to that Big Kangaroo up in Heaven that Fulin or some other Fulin-like conglomerate who needs lithium firsthand (and knows how to mine it) steps in as a 4th JV partner and buys them (LPI) out with perhaps a cool $20-$40M in cash upfront for their partial 18.5% share in the NewCo JV still leaving them (LPI) with a decent 17.7% share to keep pretend-mining with in Chile.
