InfraCap MLP ETF (AMZA)

I under the fundamentals and the revenue stream. I may be way off as I'm new to investing in this type of ETF and MLPs as a whole. I like the steady income. But It is my understanding that midstream MLPs operate mostly without concern with the price of oil or nat gas. It still needs to get from point a to point b. Am I wrong that the only thing that affects revs for MLPs would be the supply available of oil and Nat gas. Larger volume less moved at anyone time. Please educate me one where I'm going wrong before I invest to much searching for that passive income you talked about.
