Then once cash flow positive they can then go back to reporting cuz they can afford it. I believe all small-cap companies should do it this way ... don't waste money on the pcaob and SEC until they are positive cash flow or have enough Revenue to sustain being fully reporting otherwise they fall into a debt death spiral.
